【摘要】 目的:探讨脐肠束带引起小儿肠梗阻、肠坏死的临床诊断与治疗。方法:分析51例不同年龄束带绞窄的肠坏死患儿的临床表现与肠坏死程度。结果:1岁以内的肠坏死例数占56%,发病时间18～36h,坏死肠管长度为100～200cm;1～2岁的患儿例数占30%,发病时间:24～48h,坏死肠管80～150cm;2～3岁的例数占14%,发病时间36～60h,坏死的肠管60～100cm。结论:脐肠束带是卵黄管未完全退化形成的纵横于腹腔的纤维束带,易缠绕、绞窄小肠,年龄越小,这种机率越高,病情越急,肠坏死程度越重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of bowel obstruction、necrosis in children caused by the Omphalomesentaric band.Methods:To analyse the slinica manifestation and the degree of bowel necrosis of 51 children in different age with bowel necrosis caused by the Omphalomesentaric band.Results:There are 56% of bowel necrosis’cases within one-year old,onset time:18～36 h,the length of necrotic bowel:about 100～200ch;there are 30% of bowel necrosis’cases between 1～2 years old,onset time:24～48 h,the length of necrotic bowel:80～150 cm;there are 14% of bowel necrosis’cases between 2 and 3 years old,onset time:36～60 h,the length of necrotic bowel:60～100 cm.Conclusions:The Omphalomesentaric band is a fiber band located in the abdominal cavity,which is formed by uncompletely degraded omphalomesenteric duct,it can twine easily and make bowel strangulated,the younger chinden are,the higher the probability is;the more serious the patients’colnditions are,more severe the degree of bowel necrosis is更多还原
