【摘要】 随着改革开放的进一步深入,国家经济实力的日益增强及社会对教育事业的重视和支持,我国高等学校当前面临良好的发展机遇。高校行政管理工作的好坏是制约新时期高校全面发展的关键因素,但从目前情况来看,我国高等教育仍处于行政主导模式,越发暴露出计划经济时代的弊端。主要表现在管理机构臃肿,管理理念僵化,管理方法陈旧,管理效率和效益不高,难以适应社会主义市场经济体制下高校发展的需要。如何推进高校内部管理体制改革,进一步盘活资源、激发活力,已经成为教育主管部门、高等学校管理者和教育研究人员关注的焦点。本文着重从当前高校内部管理体制改革应处理好的几个问题作具体的分析和阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the further deepening of reform and opening policy and the economic growing of state and social attention and support for education,our colleges and universities are facing a good opportunity to develope.The quality of university administration become the key factor of colleges and universities comprehensive development in the new period.However,refer to the present situation,Chinese higher education is still in the executive-led model,it revealed more and more drawbacks of the planned economy era.specailly in the bloated management bodies,rigid management,outdated management practice,lower management efficiency and effectiveness,it is difficult to adapt to the socialist market economic system and the university’s development requirement.How to promote the university internal management system,and further to make resource inventory,to stimulate vitality,is the concerned focus of education authorities,higher education administrators and educational researchers.This article focuses on the specific analysis and elaboration of several issues of internal management of colleges and universities.in current system.更多还原
