超细化干污泥与煤粉的混烧特性研究

【摘要】 利用热分析仪,研究了超细化煤粉、污泥和不同比例污泥掺混样品的燃烧特性。结果表明:污泥与煤粉混合样品在燃烧过程中能各自保持自身的燃烧特性,TG曲线可由二者按混合比例叠加得到。提高氧浓度可明显改善混合样品的燃烧效率。

【Abstract】 The combustion characteristics of sludge from three different wastewater treatment plant(Beibu,Xiannvhe,Mantanghe),pulverized coal and their mixture was studied with thermogravimetric analysis.The results showed that the combustion characteristic curves of sludge has three mass loss stage,but TieFa coal and different mixing ratio samples has two mass loss stage.combustion characteristic of pulverized coal is the best,Xiannvhe sludge and Mantanghe sludge is better than Bei Bu sludge.The mixture of sludge and coal can remain their combustion characteristic during burning process,TG curves were obtained by weighted calculation of individual curve of coal and sewage sludge with the mass ratio of sewage sludge.Increasing the oxygen concentration can significantly improve the combustion efficiency of the mixed sample.if we burn mixed sludge and coal to treat sludge,Beibu sludge mixed ratio should be lower than 10%,Xiannvhe sludge mixed ratio should be increased properly,Mantanghe sludge can be incinerated without support fuel,because of its high heating value and good comprehensive behavior of combustion.
