基于倒谱的炉膛声波飞行时间测量

【摘要】 声波飞行时间的准确测量是声学法电站燃煤锅炉炉膛温度场测量的关键。但由于燃煤锅炉的混响环境,使得声波飞行时间的准确测量存在一定困难。针对炉膛混响环境,建立了混响模型,该模型由周期性激励与信道传递函数的卷积构成。利用倒谱分析将各噪声分量变为线性相加关系,实现各信号分量以及信道的分离,排除混响噪声干扰,准确进行时延估计。仿真分析结果表明,该方法能够抑制混响影响,提高时延测量精度。

【Abstract】 Accurate measurement of the acoustic wave flight time in furnace is the key of furnace temperature distribution acoustic measurement technology.As the Boiler is a reverberation chamber environment adding difficulties to acoustic flight time measurement.In this paper,a reverberative model has been established for the reverberative environment.The model is consisted of the convolution of a cyclical incentive and the channel transfer function.The cepstrum analysis transforms the noise component into a linear relationship to separate the signal component,as well as channel and to get accurate time-delay estimation excluding reverberative noise.Simulation results show that this method can inhibit the effects of reverberation and improve the delay measurement accuracy.
