WBS-RBS方法在海外工程项目风险辨识中的应用
Risk identification in overseas engineering project using WBS-RBS method
【摘要】 随着我国海外工程项目的迅猛发展,项目实施中的风险管理问题也变得越来越突出。根据海外工程项目的风险特性,研究了WBS-RBS方法在海外工程项目风险辨识中的价值,并通过海外钻井项目实例,说明了如何运用WBS-RBS开展项目的风险辨识工作。
【Abstract】 According to the risk-features of the overseas project,the value of WBS-RBS method is studied for risk-identification.And the basic process to identify risk by WBS-RBS,is demonstrated with the case study of oil drilling project.
