气流激励下叶片动力响应分析方法

【摘要】 利用在物理过程上的耦合代替数学方程上的耦合,完善了双向顺序耦合求解的理论,进一步给出了双向顺序耦合的数值求解方法,并描述了其在物理上对应的过渡过程.结合具体工程算例,分析得到某小型发动机二级静叶在气流激励下的流场分布形式和叶片动力响应的特点,指出了双向顺序耦合数值求解方法的优越性.

【Abstract】 The coupling of mathematical equations was substituted by coupling of physical process,and the basic governing equations of fluid domain,solid domain and fluid-solid interface were deduced respectively for flow-blade interaction system.Furthermore,the numerical method was given through bidirectional sequential method,and the corresponding physical process of blade vibration from unsteady to steady state was described.Finally,certain engineering sample was discussed to verify the method,and the dynamical responses of certain secondary stator used in a missile engine were obtained.Thus the characteristics of flow field and stress distribution on stator were gained,and the advantages of sequential method on solving fluid-solid interaction(FSI) problems were pointed.
