【摘要】 研究提出了三步沉淀法处理含氰贫液全循环工艺,设计和建造了处理能力为100 m3/d的工业试验装置,完成了工业试验,取得了良好的处理效果,实现了含氰污水的"零排放"。在保证金的氰化浸出率同时,最大限度地回收利用了贫液中的氰化钠,同时以难溶沉淀物的形式回收了贫液中大部分有价金属,大大地降低了生产成本。

【Abstract】 The complete cycle chemical precipitation-purification treatment process of cyanidation lean solution has been proposed.And a 100 m3/d industrial experimental instrument is designed and constructed.The commercial tests are carried out and good treatment effects are achieved.The aim of zero discharge of cyanide-containing wastewater is realized.The cyanide leaching rate of gold is ensured.Meanwhile,the sodium cyanide in lean solution is recovered in maximum limit and most of the valuable metals in lean solution are recovered as insoluble precipitate.The production cost is cut obviously.
