氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定金锭中的砷
Determination of arsenic content in gold bullion by hydride generationatomic fluorescence spectrometry
【摘要】 建立了采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱测定金锭中砷的方法,并对样品的前处理和氢化物发生条件进行了选择和优化。该方法对砷的检出限为0.000 01%,精密度RSD(n=7)为0.2%~1.8%,加入标准样品回收率为92%~103%。
【Abstract】 A method for the determination of arsenic in gold by hydride generation-none dispersion atomic fluorescence spectrometry was proposed.The conditions for sample digestion and hydride generation were chosen and optimized by the experiments.The detection limit of the method for arsenic is 0.000 01% and the recovery rate is 92%~103% with precision of 0.2%~1.8% RSD(n=7).
