【摘要】 目的探讨肿泡眼伴泪腺脱垂的重睑手术方法。方法按照切开法重睑成形术设计手术切口,剪薄睑板前眼轮匝肌,暴露眶隔膜,祛除眶隔内脂肪及多余皮肤,将脱垂的泪腺回纳入泪腺窝,缝合固定,形成自然的重睑外形。结果41例患者经泪腺脱垂复位固定联合重睑成形术后,形态自然满意,随访3个月至2年,效果良好。结论对于泪腺脱垂患者,应将脱垂的泪腺回纳入泪腺窝,不能全切除,在不影响泪腺功能情况下形成自然美丽的重睑外形。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the methods of double eyelid operation on the swellen eyelids combined with lacrimal gland dislocation.Methods A double eyelid-fold incision was made.Some of the musculus dormitator before ciliary cartilages was removed and the orbital septum was exposed.Unnecessary fat in orbital septum and skin was cut off.The dislocated lacrimal gland was put back to the fossa of lacrimal gland and fixed.In the meanwhile,double eyelid plasty was performed.Results Fourty-one patients gained good shape of upper eyelidduring the 3 months to 2 years’follow up after lacrimal gland dislocation reposition combined with double eyelid plasty.Conclusion Dislocated lacrimal gland should be put back to the fossa instead of being cut away.Performing double eyelid plasty without affecting the function of lacrimal gland could achieve good upper eyelid shape.更多还原
