【摘要】 目的:研究中药葛根抗腹泻作用,为临床应用提供实验基础。方法:用胃排空及小肠推进运动实验结合小鼠腹泻止泻作用实验共同研究葛根抗腹泻作用。结果:在胃排空及小肠推进运动实验中葛根高、中剂量组与阴性对照组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01);在小鼠腹泻止泻作用实验中葛根各剂量组与阴性对照组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:实验证实葛根具有良好的抗腹泻作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To Study on the anti-diarrhea effect of Radix Puerariae and provide experimental basis for clinical application.Methods:Gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsive movement experiment and the experiment of the abatement effect on diarrhoea in mice were used to observe the anti-diarrhea effect of Radix Puerariae.Results:Comparing with the control group,there was significant difference among the high-dose group and medium-dose group of Radix Puerariae in the experiment of gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsive movement(P<0.01).In the experiment of the abatement effect on diarrhoea in mice,there was also significant difference among each dose group of Radix Puerariae comparing with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Radix Puerariae has anti-diarrhea effect.更多还原
