【摘要】 目的:本文探讨了鼻咽癌发生发展过程中RUNX3基因甲基化改变的分子机制假说,为鼻咽癌分子病理诊断及个体化的诊断和治疗手段奠定一定的基础。

【Abstract】 Objective: The paper discusses the theory of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma p73 gene methylation changes, which benefit formolecular mechanism analysis of etiology pathogenesis and guiding radiation therapy.
