【摘要】 目的:修复喉部分切除、扩大部分切除及次全喉切除术后缺损,恢复喉功能。方法:应用颈前双蒂转门肌皮瓣,对6例喉癌患者行喉部分或大部切除术,同时进行Ⅰ期喉功能重建。结果:全部患者恢复了发音功能,语音近乎正常,均能拔除气管套管,吞咽防护功能全部恢复。结论:该方法可获得满意的预后和喉功能恢复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To present a new technique of reconstruction after extended partial laryngectomy to restore the essential function of larynx.Methods: Six cases of laryngeal cancer were treated by partial laryngectomy,extended partial laryngectomy and subtotal laryngectomy.The defects of larynx were reconstructed by a bi-pedical rotatory muscle-skin flap. Results: All of the cases resumed acceptable voice,enjoyed satisfactory phonation,and returned to normal swallow function.Conclusion: This method can improve function of the larynx.更多还原
