砷的毒理及其对人体健康的影响
Arsenic Toxicology and Its Effects on Human Health
【摘要】 环境砷含量受自然条件、微生物和人类活动的影响。环境砷通过食物链迅速蓄积,进入人体内通过甲基化解毒。饮水砷污染除引起人类急、慢性中毒外,也可增加人体对多种疾病的易感性。该文就砷的来源、人类活动对砷的影响、微生物对砷的作用、砷的生物累积和代谢、砷的毒理学作用、饮水中的砷以及砷与人类疾病等方面的研究进展情况进行了综述。
【Abstract】 Environmental arsenic content is influenced by natural condition, microorganism and human activity.Certain natural conditions favor arsenic mobilization to the environment.Some microorganisms adapt in high arsenic environment, which is an important factor for arsenic biotransformation and mobilization in the environment.Moreover, human activities can intensify arsenic accumulation in the environment.The environmental arsenic accumulates rapidly through the food chain and enters human bodies to be detoxicated through methylation.Water arsenic pollution is one of very serious public health problems, which not only causes acute and chronic toxicosis, but also increases human susceptivity to many kinds of diseases.
