水泥窑焚烧-厌氧消化工艺联合处理城市生活垃圾

【摘要】 根据南方某地区城市生活垃圾的理化特性,对生活垃圾的综合处理进行优化设计,即依托当地发达的水泥行业,将垃圾可燃组分制成替代燃料用于水泥生产,以减少对化石燃料煤的使用量;针对高含水率、有机物含量高的餐厨垃圾,采用国际先进的厌氧消化技术进行处理。分析结果表明,采用该设计方案在经济效益方面是可行的。

【Abstract】 Based on physical and chemical characteristics of municipal domestic waste in a district in south of China, optimization design for comprehensive treatment of domestic waste was carried out. That is, relying on local developed cement industry, combustible component of waste was used to produce substitute fuel for cement production in order to reduce consumption of primary fuel-coal. Kitchen waste with high moisture and organic content was treated by advanced anaerobic digestion technology. The results revealed that the practice can achieve good economic benefits.
