粉煤灰及沸石对污泥回流液中磷的吸附研究

【摘要】 以粉煤灰和沸石作为吸附材料,研究了两者在静态吸附、动态吸附及流化吸附3种运行状态下,对模拟污泥回流液中磷的吸附情况。试验结果表明,粉煤灰及沸石在3种吸附状态下,达到吸附平衡时TP去除率大小为静态吸附>流化吸附>动态吸附。静态吸附效果最好,但达到吸附平衡所需时间最长,相对效率较低;动态吸附吸附平衡时间短,但TP去除率较低。通过对比粉煤灰及沸石在3种不同吸附状态下的吸附特点及效果,得出宜采用中等粒级的沸石颗粒流化吸附处理污泥回流液。

【Abstract】 The experiments of phosphate adsorption from sludge refluxed liquid were conducted with fly ash and zeolite as absorbent in three different operating conditions of static adsorption,dynamic adsorption and dynamic flow adsorption.The results showed that static adsorption presented perfect efficiency of TP removal,while long time should be taken for static adsorption to reach the balance.The TP removal capacity of three adsorb styles follow the sequence of static absorption>dynamic adsorption>fluidized absorption.Base on the comparative analysis of the three adsorb styles from the TP removal capacity and economic cost,the middle sized zeolite was best for the treatment of sludge refluxed liquid.
