好氧颗粒污泥形成与运行稳定性的影响因素试验分析

【摘要】 用普通絮状污泥作为接种污泥,用SBR作为反应器,分析了高径比、污泥容积负荷以及营养比例(BOD5:N:P)等因素对好氧颗粒污泥形成的影响。试验结果表明,高径比对好氧颗粒污泥的形成有直接关系;污泥容积负荷越高、碳氮比正常、磷源缺乏越易诱导好氧颗粒污泥的骨架丝状菌的生长,可以促进好氧颗粒污泥的提前形成,但是越易引起粘性膨胀的出现。在高径比为38:6,污泥容积负荷为1.67kg/(m3.d),BOD5:N:P为100:5:1,沉淀时间为2h时,其好氧颗粒污泥形成时间为17个周期,成熟时间为23个周期,粒径为2~3mm,平均污泥沉降比(SV)为29.0%,对模拟废水COD的平均去除率达94.3%。

【Abstract】 Aerobic granular sludge(AGS) was cultivated in sequencing batch reactors(SBRs),with floc sludge as seeding sludge in synthetic wastewater.The effect of height-diameter ratio(H/D),sludge volume loading(SVL) and nutritive proportion(NP) on the formation of AGS was studied.The results showed that increasing the H/D to a certain extent was benefited for the formation of aerobic granular sludge.Higher SVL accelerated the growth of filamentous microbe,while lack of phosphorous source enhanced the sludge viscosity bulking.Under the optimal culture conditions of H/D=38:6,SVL=1.67 kg/(m3·d),BOD5:N:P=100:5:1 and HRT=2 h,granular sludge was formed after 17 operating cycles and matured after 23 operating cycles.The obtained AGS had the average size of 2-3 mm,average SV of 29.0% and average COD removal efficiency could reach to 94.3%.
