爆轰条件下的气溶胶粒径分布及Ag质量分数与粒径的关系
Size distributing of explosion-generated particles in a sealed container
【摘要】 用货币银化爆实验研究了爆轰条件下气溶胶生成量及粒径分布规律。实验结果表明,爆炸后气溶胶粒子粒度分布的变化,主要取决于布朗凝并以及重力沉降相结合的过程,相对稳定气相中的气溶胶粒度主要分布在1.8μm左右;用中子活化法分析不同粒径的气溶胶粒子中Ag的质量分数,结果表明,Ag存在着明显的分凝效应;经过SEM和XRD方法分析,10μm以下的Ag气溶胶粒子多以由较小的多晶聚合体逐级凝并成较大的聚合体结构存在,平均晶粒尺寸为27.3nm。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we study the amount and size distribution of aerosol particles formed in an explosion in a sealed metal container in presence of a silver sample.Aerosol samples were collected for different minutes at different time after the explosion.The samples were weighed, and examined by neutron activation analysis, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The results indicated that changes in size distribution of the particles depended on the process combining Brown aggravation and gravitation sedimentation in the container.The aerosol particle size in relatively stable gas phase distributed mainly around 1.8 μm.The Ag particles had a segregating behavior in particles of different sizes.Most Ag aerosol particles under 10 μm size consisted of small polycrystalline aggregates, and the average crystalline size was 27.3 nm.
