冷源真空筒氢爆过程实验研究

【摘要】 冷源真空筒内发生氢气-空气混合气体爆炸对真空筒结构完整性构成最大威胁,研究全尺寸模拟件的氢爆过程实验,得到各种工况下真空筒内氢爆炸产生的压力变化。实验结果表明理想配比的氢-空气在真空筒内只会发生气体爆燃现象,最大超压为350kPa。据此计算得到真空筒的von Mises等效应力及各主应力都远低于材料弹性极限,表明即使冷源装置发生最大破坏性的氢爆事故,真空筒仍能保持其结构完整性,不会危及到反应堆结构物安全性。

【Abstract】 The most dangerous accident of a cold neutron source is explosion of H2-air mixture inside the vacuum containment(VC).An experimental study with hydrogen-air stoichiometric concentration in VC has been done in a full-scaled set-up.The shock pressure curves of the explosion at different initial places were obtained.The results indicate that the explosion in VC is just a deflagrating,and the maximal shock pressure is about 350 kPa.The von Mises equivalent stress and the main stresses calculated are well below the stress limit of the material for VC.It can be concluded that the VC can keep its integrality even the hypothetical hydrogen explosion inside it,and the explosion will do none harm to the reactor structures around VC.
