溴化镧探测器γ能谱的MC模拟及特性研究

【摘要】 本文使用通用蒙特卡罗模拟软件包Geant4,结合实验数据对溴化镧探测器的γ能谱进行了模拟计算和特性研究,论证了便携式核素识别仪中使用溴化镧探测器的可行性,在实验条件有限的情况下为能谱分析算法的开发提供了可靠的能谱参考数据。

【Abstract】 Lanthanum bromide detector is a new kind of scintillation detector appeared recent years. Due to the better energy resolution and detection effective, it is developed rapidly and used widely. This paper calculates and researches the characteristic of γ spectrum of the lanthanum bromide detector. The calculation is based on Geant4, the general purpose Monte Carlo program package, and compared with the experiment data. It demonstrates that the lanthanum bromide detector can be used in portable γ spectrometer. The calculation also provides reliable data under limited experiment for the development of spectral analysis algorithm.
