Monte-Carlo模拟γ射线透射输油管道油垢的厚度

【摘要】 γ射线透射法测量输油管道油垢厚度,是一种无损检测的方法。利用Monte-Carlo方法模拟这一过程,模拟计算结果与实验结果符合较好,进一步采用加权法进行模拟,改进了方差。最后得到γ射线穿透率与管道中油垢厚度的响应关系,为生产中无损检测输油管道内油垢厚度,及检测仪的研制提供了重要的参考依据。

【Abstract】 Grease stain thickness in pipeline detected by 137Cs γ-ray was simulated by Monte-Carlo method. The simulation results agree with the experimented results. The weighted method was used to improve the variance. The response relationship was found between transition rate of the γ-ray and grease stain thickness. These provide basis for the nondestructive transmission method and the development of measuring instrumentation.
