硝酸盐还原条件下不同碳源对萘生物降解特性的影响
Effects of Different Carbon Sources on the Biodegradation of Naphthalene under Nitrate-Reducing Conditions
【摘要】 以萘为模型化合物,研究硝酸盐还原条件下萘的反硝化降解特性,考察了乙酸盐、丙酸盐、丁酸盐、戊酸盐、乳酸盐及葡萄糖作为补充碳源对萘反硝化降解效果的影响,以及不同补充碳源及初始ρ(萘)对反硝化过程硝酸盐还原活性的影响.结果表明:当初始ρ(萘)为20 mg/L时,乙酸盐、丙酸盐、葡萄糖和丁酸盐的存在对萘的反硝化降解具有促进作用,而戊酸盐和乳酸盐的存在对其具有抑制作用.补充碳源存在下,萘的反硝化降解速率顺序为乙酸盐>丙酸盐>葡萄糖>丁酸盐>无补充碳源>戊酸盐>乳酸盐,且降解过程符合一级反应动力学.补充碳源与萘共基质系统中,随着初始ρ(萘)的升高,萘的去除率和硝酸盐的还原活性均有所降低.
【Abstract】 As a model compound,naphthalene biodegradation under nitrate-reducing conditions was studied,and the effects of additional carbon sources including acetate,propionate,butyrate,pentanoate,lactate and glucose on nitrate-reducing activity and naphthalene biodegradation efficiency were investigated.The effects of different initial naphthalene concentrations on nitrate-reducing activity were also investigated.Results showed that naphthalene biodegradation at an initial concentration of 20(mg/L) was promoted by the presence of acetate,propionate,glucose and butyrate,but inhibited by pentanoate and lactate under nitrate-reducing conditions.The naphthalene biodegradation in the presence of additional carbon sources followed the order: acetate > propionate > glucose > butyrate > no supplemental carbon(source>) pentanoate > lactate,and it obeyed firstorder reaction kinetics.In the co-substrate system,both naphthalene removal efficiency and nitrate-reducing activity declined with the increase of initial naphthalene concentration.
