【摘要】 垃圾焚烧厂在为整座城市提供垃圾处理服务的同时必然会对当地的环境质量造成一定影响,新建项目其选址变得越来越困难,已建成项目周边居民对其投诉屡屡发生,甚至发生堵塞垃圾运输道路事件。为保证垃圾焚烧项目地区的社会稳定,妥善处理好项目单位与周边居民的关系,推动垃圾焚烧厂的顺利建设和将来的平稳运营,对环境补偿机制进行探讨,分析了环境补偿机制的方式及补偿标准,并建议政府尽快出台环境补偿政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 A waste incineration plant provides waste disposal services for the whole city,which is bound to have certain bad effects on the quality of the local environment.As a result,the surrounding residents of the project area often complain about it and even bring about some traffic accidents,so choosing the sites of new waste incineration plants become more and more difficult.In order to ensure the stabilization of the society in the project area,properly deal with the relationship between the project owners and the surrounding residents and promote the construction and future operations smoothly,this paper studies the environmental compensation mechanism and analyses the way and standard of it.It is suggested that the government put forward the environmental compensation policy in practice as soon as possible.更多还原
