焚烧飞灰水泥窑共处置
CO-PROCESSING OF MSWI FLY ASH WITH CEMENT KILN
【摘要】 分析同时含有重金属和二恶英的危险废物典型代表——焚烧飞灰-水泥窑共处置的可行性与难点。研究表明:焚烧飞灰具有硅酸盐特征,与水泥原料非常相似;水泥窑的工艺特征适合处理焚烧飞灰。焚烧飞灰水泥窑共处置也存在一定的难点,炉排炉焚烧飞灰具有高氯、硫、高碱,高重金属,高二恶英含量特征,从这3方面结合水泥窑工艺制度对焚烧飞灰水泥窑共处置进行了深入的讨论。
【Abstract】 The MSWI fly ash is difficult to be treated in China because it has characteristics of high heavy metals concentration,high dioxins concentration,high chloride,sulphur and alkali concentration.The feasibility of co-processing of MSWI fly ash is investigated from three aspects mentioned above.The study shows the MSWI fly ash has a silicate characteristic and the main components of MSWI fly ash is very similar to the components of the cement raw material.The technique of cement kiln is suitable for the co-processing of MSWI fly ash.
