MoO3/ZrO2催化分解氟利昂的工艺研究
TECHNOLOGICAL STUDY ON CATALYTIC DECOMPOSITION OF FREON BY MoO3/ZrO2
【摘要】 用固体超强酸MoO3/ZrO2在水蒸汽存在条件下催化分解氟利昂CFC12(CF2Cl2,二氟二氯甲烷),研究了氧气、水蒸汽及CFC12浓度对氟利昂CFC12分解效率的影响,得出了CFC12分解的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:对CFC12分解效率影响顺序:水蒸汽浓度>CFC12浓度>氧气浓度;MoO3/ZrO2催化剂用量1.0g,反应温度250℃,反应气体的流速为12.0cm3/min,其组成为H2O(g)为40.0%,CFC12为1.0%,O2为10.0%,CFC12的转化率超过90.0%。
【Abstract】 It was studied effect of the concentration of oxygen,water vapor and dichlorodifluoromethane(CF2Cl2,CFC12)on catalytic decomposition of CFC12 in the presence of water vapor.Results showed that the effect order :H2O(g)> CFC12> O2.Mass of catalyst MoO3/ZrO2 1.0 g was used to catalyze decomposition of CFC12 at 250℃,the total flow rate of feed gas 12.0 cm3/min,which was composed of H2O(g)∶40.0 %,CFC12∶1.0 %,O2∶10.0 % to give CFC12 conversion of more than 90 %.
