下游压强对水力空化影响

【摘要】 分析了水力空化的特点,发现下游压强的变化是影响空化强度的因素之一。由此在多孔板下游安装一个管道泵,以开泵和不开泵做为条件,对下游压强进行调节,并且在此基础上,以罗丹明(RB)做为羟自由基的捕捉剂,通过紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)测试其溶液浓度的变化。实验表明:打开管道泵,多孔板下游压强可以达到负压,空化强度并没有按照理论所预测的增大。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of hydraulic cavitation had been studied using multiple orifice plate and the change of the downstream pressure was also one of the factors influencing cavitation.An inline pump was installed on downstream pipe to control the downstream pressure.Based upon the mechanism of hydraulic cavitation technology,the rhodamine B(RB)solution was used as the catcher for hydroxyl radical induced hydraulic cavitaion.In order to measure the intensity of the cavitaion,the ultraviolet-visible(UV/Vis)was used to measure the concentration of the RB solution.The experimental result indicated that while opening the inline pump,the negative downstream pressure didn’t improve the intensity of the cavitation as the prediction of the theory.
