猪场冲洗废水吹脱结晶回收营养物的研究

【摘要】 以北京市海淀区某猪场废水为进水,依托常温厌氧-改进A2/O工艺进行了吹脱结晶试验,研究了曝气吹脱对水样pH值和溶解性总磷浓度的影响,以及氮磷回收的效率和经济性。结果表明,通过吹脱结晶将水的pH值从7.0提高到8.0以上,为结晶沉淀创造了有利条件,并将除磷结晶池成功连续运行,磷的回收效率达到50%以上。且经过初步的经济分析认为,磷酸铵镁吹脱结晶的方法有较高的经济性。

【Abstract】 Using the wastewater from a piggery in Haidian,experiments on aeration and crystallization are carried out at normal temperature under anaerobic-improved A2/O process.The experiments investigated the effects of aeration and crystallization on pH、SP and the efficiency and the cost of nitrogen and phosphorus recovery.The results showed that pH changes from 7 to above 8,which has created favorable conditions for crystallization.The phosphorous removal tank has also been continuously operated,and the efficiency of phosphorus recovery has been reached more than 50%.By preliminary economic analysis,the method of aeration and crystallization formed magnesium ammonium phosphate(MAP)seems more economical and applicable.
