【摘要】 科研机构独立承担研究生培养任务并具有学位授予权,是我国特殊历史背景下形成的社会现实。在特定的历史阶段,科研机构为我国高层次人才培养做出了重要贡献。随着时代的发展和研究生教育制度的逐步完善,性质、定位都与大学不同的科研机构在研究生教育上所体现的功能开始受到质疑。遗憾的是,目前针对科研机构与大学在研究生教育环境、条件、可能性等方面的差异,对如何进行资源的有效整合,保证我国研究生教育的质量和水平进行的研究还很不够。理清我国科研机构进行研究生教育的历史与现状,考察日本综合研究大学院大学与科研机构合作培养研究生的经验,能从制度构建方面为我国科研机构的研究生教育改革提供借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is a unique Chinese social reality that scientific institutions shoulder the responsibility of cultivating graduate students independently and have degree-awarding rights. In the specific historical stage, scientific institutions made great contributions to our high-level talent cultivation. With development of times and completion of graduate education system, people start to query its functions whose quality and orientation are different from common universities. Unfortunately, it is not enough that present researches probe into some special issues, for instance, differences between scientific institutions and common universities in their external circumstances, conditions, possibilities, how to integrate educational resources to assure the quality and level of graduate education. This paper reviews the history and reality of graduate education in our scientific institutions, surveys experiences for graduate cultivation by cooperation of the Graduate University for Advanced Studies (Sokendai) and research institutions, in order to offer advices and references for graduate education reform in domestic research institutions in terms of system building.更多还原
