【摘要】 目的探讨经皮穿刺中空加压螺钉治疗老年转子间骨折手术疗效及风险。方法2000年1月~2008年1月应用中空加压螺钉治疗老年转子间骨折患者42例,患者平均年龄72岁。结果随访38例,随访时间4~18个月,骨折全部愈合,发生髋内翻5例。无围手术期死亡病例。手术优良率86.8%。结论中空加压螺钉治疗老年转子间骨折,具有创伤小,失血少,手术时间短,固定牢靠等优点,比较适用于老年转子间骨折。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse efficiency and risks in the treatment intertrochanter fracture of femur by hollow compression screws.Methods 42 patients,with an average age of 72 years,were treated by double heads hollow compression screws from January 2000 to January 2008.Results 38 cases were followed up.The average follow-up varied from 4 to 18 months.All the fractures healed including 5 oxa adducta and none perioperative mortality.Patients with excellent or good results were 86.8%.Conclusion The treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femur by hollow compression screws in elderly patients has proved to be less aggressive,less bleeding and can shorten the operating time.So it is good for the treatment of intertrochanter fracture of elderly patients.更多还原
