【摘要】 目的探讨综合治疗膝关节中重度骨性关节炎的疗效。方法分析经多种方法治疗中重度膝关节骨性关节炎41例52个膝关节患者的临床资料。结果全部病例随访3~24个月,优良率88.4%。结论多种方法用于中重度膝关节骨性关节炎的综合治疗,使膝关节的多种病理改变,生理功能得到改善,操作简单,安全有效,值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the multimodality treatment of moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis.Methods The data of 41 patients(52 knee joints)with moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis were reviewed after a number of treatments.Results All cases were followed up for 3-24 months.Excellent and good rate were 88.4%.Conclusion Various methods were used for moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis in the combined treatment,so that a variety of pathological changes in knee and physiological functions were improved.Its operation is simple,safe,effective and worthy of clinical application.更多还原
