【摘要】 目的分析2008年安徽省"白内障复明工程"蚌埠地区502例患者的手术效果、技巧及术后并发症。方法对蚌埠地区2008年接受白内障复明工程的502例患者资料进行回顾性分析,观察术后视力、并发症及人工晶体植入情况。结果502例中489例植入人工晶体,占97.41%,9例因高度近视无需植入,占1.79%,4例因后囊破裂无法植入,占0.8%。术后最佳矫正视力≥0.3者456例,占90.84%,≥0.5者413例,占82.27%。结论2008年蚌埠地区复明工程达到了预期目的,效果满意。为以后大规模集中白内障复明手术提供了方法和宝贵经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss and analyze the operative results,skills and postoperative complications of 502 patients in Bengbu area in the "Cataract Extraction Project" implemented in Anhui in 2008.Methods Retrospective analysis on the 502 patients was conducted and their postoperative eyesight,complications and the implantation of artificial lens were observed.Results Among the 502 patients,489 underwent implantation of artificial lens(97.41%),9 were spared due to their excessive myopias(1.79%),and 4 patients had to give up because of posterior capsular ruptura(0.8%).After the operation,456 patients’ best corrective eyesight was over 0.3(90.84%) and 413’s was over 0.5(82.27%).Conclusion The "Cataract Extraction Project"implemented in Bengbu area obtained the prospective objectives and satisfying effects.It provides the method and significant experience for the large-scale mass cataract regaining operation in the future.更多还原
