TD-11吸附剂对盐矿卤水中钙镁离子吸附净化实验研究

【摘要】 采用TD-11吸附剂,对盐矿卤水中钙镁离子进行吸附净化实验,考察了卤水操作流速、pH值及钙镁总浓度等对吸附净化效果的影响。实验结果表明,TD-11吸附剂能有效吸附去除化学净化后卤水中的钙镁离子;提高卤水过柱流速,吸附净化效果变差;升高卤水pH值及降低钙镁离子总浓度,则有利于钙镁离子的吸附净化。TD-11吸附剂适宜的吸附操作条件为:pH值为9~10,卤水钙镁总浓度控制在5 mg/kg~8 mg/kg,吸附操作流速控制在0.6 mm/s~1.0 mm/s。

【Abstract】 It has been investigated that calcium and magnesium ions removal from well and rock salt bittern by TD-11 adsorbent.The experiment results showed that calcium and magnesium ions in bittern can be completely removed by TD-11 adsorbent under certain operating conditions,including flow velocity,pH and total concentration.With the decrease of the flow velocity of brine and the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions,and the increase of pH value for the brine,the adsorption effect will be improved obviously.Consideration of the total purified cost and the adsorption process capacity,the optimal operating conditions determined for TD-11 adsorbent are as follows: the pH value is in the range of 9 to 10,the total concentration of calcium and magnesium ions is from 5 mg/kg to 8 mg/kg,the flow velocity brine is from 0.6 mm/s to 1.0 mm/s.
