【Abstract】 7-amino-3-decacetoxy cephalosporanic acid(7-ADCA) is a important medicine intermediate which can be used to synthesize a number of cef-antibiotics(such as ceftraixone,cefpodoxime,cefotaxime,ceftizoxime,and so on).This paper discussed the oxidizing agent of penicillin G sylvite,the catalyst of reaction of ring-expending,the conditions of Ring-Expending,and the post-treatment of them to improve the synthesized technology of 7-ADCA.更多还原
