浅谈形式公正、实质公正与消除信息不对称对于工程监理的重要作用
Importance of Justice of Form and Essence and Eliminations of Information Imbalance in the Construction Project Supervision
【摘要】 分析了形式公正、实质公正与消除信息不对称在建设工程监理中的重要作用,对它们三者之间的辩证逻辑关系进行了分析,提出若干政策建议和解决办法。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses the important role of the justice of form,justice of essence,and eliminations of information imbalance in the construction supervision,it also analyzes the logical connection among them,and finally it puts forward some policy guidance and solutions.
