模拟海水中羧甲基壳聚糖对Q235钢的缓蚀及复配性能研究
Study on the Anti-corrosion Effectiveness and Blending Performance of Carboxymenthylchitosan on Q235 Steel in Simulated Seawater
【摘要】 采用分两步加碱的方法制备羧甲基壳聚糖(Carboxymenthylchitosan,CMC),运用失重法及电化学方法(Tafel曲线)研究了羧甲基壳聚糖作为一种绿色缓蚀剂,在模拟海水(质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液)中对Q235钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明,CMC对碳钢在模拟海水中的缓蚀作用主要为阴极抑制型。与K2CrO4,K2Cr2O7对比,NaNO2与CMC复配有较好的协同缓蚀效果,其缓蚀机理主要体现为阳极抑制型。
【Abstract】 Carboxymethylchitosan(CMC) was prepared by addition of alkaline in two steps.The utilization of CMC as a new green corrosion inhibitor of Q235 steel in simulated seawater(3.5% NaCl) was investigated by weight loss and electrochemical polarization curve methods.The results obtained revealed that this compound can act as a good cathodic inhibitor.Experiments also showed that CMC can be compounded with NaNO2 to improve the anti-corrosion performance,and the mixture of CMC and NaNO2 mainly inhibit the anodic reaction of Q235 steel in simulated seawater.
