基于CFD技术的泵站进水池水力性能研究

【摘要】 为了改进泵站进水池设计,应用CFD技术对进水池内部流态和水力性能进行分析.首先基于重整化群湍流模型和SIMPLEC算法,数值模拟了泵站典型矩形进水池内的定常流动;然后基于流速均匀度优化目标函数,分析了进水池进水管内各个断面的轴向流速分布规律,并提出了叶轮名义高度的取值范围,即喇叭口直径的1.3~1.7倍.计算结果表明:矩形进水池内流态紊乱,水力性能差;增加导流墩和采用W形后壁后,进水池流态和水力性能能得到明显改善.

【Abstract】 In order to improve the design of pump sumps,the CFD approach was employed to analyze the flow patterns and hydraulic performance.Based on the renormalization group analysis model and the SIMPLEC algorithm,the steady flows in a typical rectangular sump were simulated.By use of the optimum objective function of the velocity uniformity,the distribution of axial velocities of various sections of the suction pipe was analyzed.The range of nominal height for the impeller was suggested,that is,1.3 to 1.7 times the diameter of the bell mouth.The computed results show that the flow patterns of the rectangular sump are turbulent and the hydraulic performance is poor.The hydraulic performance of the sump with a tone and a W-type wall is obviously improved.
