石钢三流中间包结构优化的数值模拟与工业实验研究
Mathematical Simulation of Shigang Tundish and Analysis of Industrial Experiment
【摘要】 以石钢三流中间包为研究对象,建立了中间包钢液流动与传热的三维耦合数学模型,并采用随机轨道模型对比分析了中间包有、无控流装置时夹杂物的去除效果,结合工业实验优化了中间包结构.结果表明,中间包加入控流装置以后,中间包离入口最远的第1流及离入口最近的第2流之间的温差由3℃以上降低到1.5℃,进出口最大温差由20℃以上降低到16.5℃以下,中间包夹杂物去除率提高77%以上;工业实验分析发现,中间包钢水存在二次污染的现象.
【Abstract】 The three-strand tundish in Shigang Steel was simulated to set up a mathematical model in relation to the three-dimensional flow field, temperature distribution. The inclusion elimination effect of tundish with and without flow control device was analyzed by random walk model, and combined with industrial experiment the tundish structure was optimized. The results showed that by adding tundish flow control devices, the temperature difference was reduced by more than 3℃ to 1.5℃ between No.1 stream which was the nearest to the tundish entrance and No.2 stream which was the farthest away from the tundish entrance, the maximum temperature difference between inlets and outlets reducd by above 20℃ to below 16.5℃, the removal rate of inclusions was increased more than 77% in the tundish. Analysis of industrial experimental result showed that the molten steel was polluted again.
