H型钢连铸中间包冶金效果分析与结构优化

【摘要】 以H型钢连铸中间包为研究对象,建立了中间包钢液流动与传热的三维耦合及夹杂物运动的数学模型,利用Fluent软件分别对使用A,B两种稳流器的中间包的流场、温度场及夹杂物的去除进行模拟计算,模拟结果与实测基本一致.对稳流器进行了优化,优化后的稳流器能够更好的满足H型钢生产的要求.

【Abstract】 The continuous casting tundish of H beam steel was studied, and a mathematical model in relation to three-dimensional flow field, temperature distribution, trajectory of inclusion and removal of inclusion was set up by adopting Fluent in numerical simulation. Separate calculation was conducted on the two types of inhibitors (A and B), and the results showed that it was similar to actual result. An optimized inhibitor was presented through an optimization study by calculation. The optimized tundish was better than the original one and met the requirement of actual operations.
