【摘要】 以30t单流板坯连铸中间包内钢液流场为研究对象,根据相似原理建立水力学模型系统,几何相似比为1:2.5,动力相似采用Fr数为特征数,实验安排4因素,每个因素取4个水平,按正交表L16(45)安排实验,每个实验方案重复两次.实验中用饱和KCl溶液作示踪剂,采用电导法测定脉冲刺激响应曲线.通过对结果进行方差分析及显著性检验得到挡墙位置、挡墙高度、挡坝高度及挡墙与挡坝的相对距离对钢液流场的影响.研究结果得出最佳控流参数为,挡墙距离湍流抑制器右侧边缘为750mm,挡墙下沿距离包底高度为100mm,挡坝高度为400mm,挡墙与挡坝的相对距离为450mm.

【Abstract】 A hydraulic model of 30 t one-strand continuous billet casting tundish was established in this study. The model was based on similitude theorem with geometrical ratio at 1:2.5 and Fr as the characteristic number. The experimental scheme was arranged according to L16(45) orthogonal array in which there were 4 factors and each at 4 levels. The saturated KCl solution was used as the racer agent in the experiment and then the RTD curve with the method of conductance was determined. The influences of position of weir, height of weir, height of dam and distance between weir and dam on molten flow field were examined though ANOVA and significance test. The optimized conditions were obtained as: the position of weir was 750 mm, the height of weir 100 mm, the height of dam 400 mm and the distance between the weir and dam 450 mm.
