石蜡/蒙脱土纳米复合相变材料的制备及分析
Preparation and analysis of paraffin/montmorillonite nano-composites phase change materials
【摘要】 为了制备具有较好导热性能、潜热密度较大的相变材料,首先利用蒙脱土在水中分散,制得搭接结构的水凝胶,然后将熔融态的相变材料加入到蒙脱土(MMT)水凝胶中,进行高速分散,XRD和DSC结果显示,所制材料为具有纳米结构的复合相变材料。
【Abstract】 A kind of noval phase change materials(PCM) with good thermal conductivity and latent heat was prepared.At first,the montmorillonite(MMT) was dispersed in water by use of high cuting mulser,and we could get the MMT water gel.Secondly,the PCM(in melting state) was put in to the MMT water gel,and the admixture was dispersed in high speed.The nanocomposite PCM with overclapping structure was prepared by XRD and DSC results proved.
