双酚F及其环氧树脂的合成与性能研究
Study on synthesis and properties of bisphenol F and epoxy resin
【摘要】 以苯酚、甲醛为原料,草酸催化合成双酚F,未经提纯的双酚F直接制备双酚F环氧树脂,并考察了合成的双酚F环氧树脂的力学性能。在双酚F合成阶段:n(苯酚)/n(甲醛)=10/1,n(甲醛)/n(草酸)=25/1,70℃,反应4h,得到的双酚F收率和选择性达80%以上;在树脂合成阶段:n(NaOH)/n(BPF)=2,70℃,醚化反应5h,闭环反应3h,制得的环氧树脂的环氧值达到0.59,黏度3.5 Pa.s,树脂固化物具有优异的性能。
【Abstract】 The bisphenol F was synthesized by condensation of phenol and formaldehyde,catalysted by oxalic acid.The bisphenol F epoxy resin was synthesized by crude product of bisphenol F,and mechanical properties of cured epoxy resin were examined.During the synthesis of the bisphenol,n(phenol)/(formaldehyde) was 10∶1,n(formaldehyde)/n(oxalic acid) was 25/1 and reaction temperature was 70℃,reaction time was 4h,the yield and Selectivity of bisphenol F can reach more than 80.0%;During the synthesis of epoxy resin,n(NaOH)/n(BPF) is 2,reaction temperature was 70℃,the time of etherification reaction was 5h,the time of ring-closing reaction was 3h.Under the optimal reaction conditions,the epoxide value of resin was 0.59,the viscosity is 3.5 Pa·s.The cured resin had good performance.
