苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯三元共聚高吸油树脂的合成与性能研究
Synthesis and properties of highly oil-absorption resin by ternary copolymerization of styrene-methacrylate
【摘要】 以甲基丙烯酸酯及苯乙烯为单体,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,采用悬浮聚合法合成自溶胀型的高吸油性树脂。考察研究了交联剂及分散剂的种类、引发剂用量、聚合温度、单体配比等因素对高吸油性树脂吸油性能的影响,所合成的高吸油树脂可吸自重15倍以上的苯、14倍以上的二甲苯,且吸油后树脂强度高。
【Abstract】 The high oil-absorbing resin consisting of methacrylate and styrene,using benzoyl peroxide(PBO) as initiator,was prepared by suspension polymerization.The effects of the types of crosslinker and dispersal phase,amount of initiator,polymerization temperature,and monomer composition on the oil-absorption capacities of copolymer were discussed.The results showed that the oil-absorption capacities of the resin was about 15(g/g) for benzene and 14(g/g) for xylene,and the resin had high strength after absorbing oil matter.
