【摘要】 建立一种采用高效液相色谱法同时测定莠灭净和莠去津的定量分析方法,选用甲醇+水作流动相,RP-18色谱柱,检测波长235nm。回收率在98.6%～101.1%,标准偏差0.140～0.192,变异系数1.35%～1.79%。莠灭净和莠去津得到较好分离,操作简便、实用,定量分析结果准确、稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 The chromatographic column was packed with RP-18 ,and applide the methanol and water as mobile phase ,the Ametryn and Atrazine were determined by HPLC. The detecion wave length was at 235 nm,the standard deviation was 0.140～0.192 ,the variation coefficients was 1.35%～1.79%,and the recovery was between 98.6%～101.1%.更多还原
