【摘要】 考察了溶剂效应对Diels-Alder反应制备三环戊二烯(TCPD)的影响,反应在120~150℃进行。结果表明,温度对聚合反应影响最大,压力影响在较低温度(130℃)条件下较为显著。不同溶剂的使用不仅影响反应转化率、收率,同时改变产物组成;在实验反应温度范围内,产物中没有高聚物生成,反应选择性好。

【Abstract】 The solvent effects on the oligomerization of cyclopentadiene and dicyclopentadiene to tricycylopentadiene through the Diels-Alder reaction at temperature between 120 ℃ and 150 ℃ is investigated.The results show that the reaction temperature has the most important effect on the reaction and at lower reaction temperature of 130 ℃,pressure has considerable effect on the oligomerizaiton.Different solvent has totally different effect on the reaction that it changes the reaction conversion,yield and its product composition.Without higher oliogmers,the oligomerization shows high selectivity under the reaction temperature.
