【摘要】 介绍了乙酰丙酮的基本性质和用途,叙述了国内外乙酰丙酮的生产现状,并对各种制备方法的优缺点进行了分析。认为由醋酸裂解制乙烯酮、然后与丙酮反应制备AA的技术虽然已经趋于成熟,但在原料和产物价格适宜的条件下,也可考虑采用投资小、反应条件温和的乙酰乙酸乙酯-醋酐法;我国应在石化反应催化剂、助催化剂、溶剂和胶粘剂方面加大AA的应用研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The basic characteristics and usage of acetylacetone were introduced, the production status of acetylacetone at home and abroad was described and the advantages and disadvantages of each preparation method were analyzed.It was realized that although the technology where acetylacetone was produced using acetone and ketene which was decomposated from acetic acid had been reaching maturity, if cost of raw materials and price of products was proper, the ethyl acetoacetate-acetic anhydride method should also be taken into consideration for its little investment and moderate reaction conditions.Studies on the application of acetylacetone in the aspects of petro-chemical reaction catalyst, catalyst promoter, solvent and adhensive should be greatly enhanced.更多还原
