微机电起爆器研究
Study on MEMS Initiators
【摘要】 基于微机电起爆器的的原理及构成,对微机电起爆器涉及的含能桥、微小尺寸爆炸序列、微机电混合装配等关键技术进行了研究。结果表明,微小尺寸爆炸驱动飞片能够可靠起爆许用传爆药,突破了传统极限起爆药量的观念,为微小尺寸爆炸序列设计奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Based on the fundamental theory and components of MEMS initiators, several related subjects, such as reactive bridge, micro-scale exploding sequence and mix assembling MEMS parts were investigated. Results show feat micro-scale exploding foil-driven flyer plate can reliably initiate specific booster charge, which break the conventional concept of minimum quantity of primary explosive, and provides potential guides for future design of micro-exploding sequences.
