爆炸箔起爆系统能量转换模型的研究

【摘要】 爆炸箔起爆系统(EFIS)的桥箔爆发后,其能量主要转换为箔蒸汽的热能和平动能、电磁辐射能以及飞片动能。在忽略了热传导、热辐射、磁场以及其他一些影响因素的条件下,建立了优化EFIS中每种能量转换形式的理论计算模型。计算结果表明:模型的计算结果与实验值偏差在±11%以内,飞片动能只占桥箔沉积能量的15%左右,电磁辐射能约占50%。

【Abstract】 The available energy of foils after burst is mainly converted into the thermal and translation energy of foil vapor, electromagnetic energy and the kinetic energy of flyers in the exploding foil initiation systems (EFIS). Based on neglecting the thermal conduction and radiation, the magnetic field and other influence factors, the theoretical models were established for calculating each of conversion form for optimized EFIS. Most of the calculated deviations lie in ±11% from experimental data. Theoretical analysis shows that the kinetic energy of flyers accounts for only 15% of the energy deposited in foils, and electromagnetic energy accounts for about 50% of that.
