盐酸分解精选磷铁矿制磷酸工艺研究
Study on process of decomposition of selected phosphate iron ore for phosphate acid preparation by industrial hydrochloric acid
【摘要】 盐酸法制取饲钙大致分3部分:浸取、脱氟、中和,本文主要涉及浸取工段实验研究。采用冀辽内三省交界处精选磷铁矿[w(P2O5)=34%,w(F)=2.65%]和工业盐酸作原料,进行正交实验,得出最优化反应条件为:盐酸质量分数24%,过量系数1.05,反应温度40℃,反应时间30 min。照此优化条件进行实验,可以得到99%以上磷矿分解率,所得磷酸溶液含P2O58.7%,含F0.67%。
【Abstract】 Leaching,defluorination and neutralization are involved in production of feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate by hydrochloric acid method.This paper mainly deals with research and experiment of leaching part.Take phosphate iron ore from the boundary areas of Hebei,Liaoning and Inner Mongolia provinces which is composed of 34% P2O5,2.56% F and so on,and industrial hydrochloric acid as materials,orthogonal experiment was carried out,with the optimum conditions of concentration of 24%,excessive coefficient of 1.05, temperature of reaction 40 ℃,time of reaction 30 minutes.By experimentalizing in accordance with the optimum conditions,we can get the leaching rate higher than 99%.This phosphate acid solution contains P2O5% of 8.7%,F of 0.67% .
