基于CFD技术的油罐群风场数值模拟研究

【摘要】 采用Standardk-ε、RNGk-ε和Realizek-ε湍流模型的数值研究方法,分别对油罐单体和油罐群周围的风场进行了数值模拟,计算区域的划分采用具有良好适应性的四面体网格并用有限容积法对控制微分方程进行离散,利用CFD软件实现了整个流场的数值求解。计算结果显示,采用Realizek-ε湍流模型的数值计算值与实际情况接近,两侧形成的涡流呈对称分布,整个计算区域的风场分布比较符合实际。

【Abstract】 The numerical simulation method of the Standard k-ε,RNG k-ε and Realize k-ε turbulent flow models was used to simulate the wind field of the single oilcan and the wind field around the oilcan group.The calculation areas were divided using the tetrahedron grid which had good adaptability;the controlled differential equation was discreted using the limited volumetric method,and the numerical value of the whole flow fields was solved using CFD Software.The result shows that the numerical calculation value using the Realize k-ε turbulent flow model is close to the practical status,the whirlpool formed at the two sides are symmetrically distributed,and the wind field distribution in the whole calculation area are close to the practical status.
