大型燃煤电厂烟气脱硫系统吸收塔除雾模型的实验研究
An Experimental Investigation on the Demister Model for the Absorption Towers of the Flue Gas Desulphurization Systems in Large-Scale Coal-Fired Power Plants
【摘要】 针对目前我国大中型燃煤电厂烟气脱硫系统中吸收塔除雾器依靠进口的现状,提出了一种除雾模型,在实验室模拟条件下进行了石膏浆液-空气系统除雾器性能的实验研究,对除雾模型的出口气体压降、出口含雾量、含雾粒径等影响因素进行了初步的分析探讨,提出了实验条件下除雾器的计算模型。
【Abstract】 A demister model was proposed for the status of depending on import of the demisters of the Absorption towers of the flue gas desulphurization systems in large-scale coal-fired power plants. An experimental investigation was performed of the performance of the demister in the gypsum mortar and air system in the simulative condition of lab. Some preliminary analyses and discussions were carried out of the influencing factors such as gas pressure drop at outlet,mist content at outlet,droplet particle sizes with mist,and a calculation model was proposed of the demister model in lab condition.
