折剪机床设计及关键零件的有限元分析
Design of Bending and Shearing Machine Tools and Finite Element Analysis of Their Key Parts
【摘要】 介绍了在小型折弯、剪切两用机床设计开发中,采用了连杆增力机构和齿轮同步机构,实现了在小缸径单杆液压缸驱动下的增力和滑块运动的同步性。在SolidWorks中建立零件的三维模型,用COSMOSXpress对关键零件进行有限元分析,并根据分析结果优化了零件结构。
【Abstract】 The synchronistical movements of reinforcements and slide blocks were realized under the driving of a small-diameter and single-rod hydraulic cylinder using the connecting rod reinforcement mechanism and the gear synchronistical mechanism in the design of small-sized bending and shearing machine tools.A three-dimensional model for the parts was founded in SolidWorks,a finite element analysis was made of the key parts using COSMOSXpress,and the structures of the parts were optimized based on the analysis results.
